About
I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO). I provide psychological assessments and evidence-based therapy for adults with issues such as addiction, trauma-related disorders, depression, anxiety disorders and postpartum diffuclties. I primarily use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), but I also incorporate Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness based treatments to best address the specific needs of each person I work with.

Summary
Northern Psychology Group provides psychological assessments and evidence-based therapy for a range of emotional and adjustment related difficulties. We focus on the treatment of addiction, trauma-related disorders (i.e., PTSD), depression, anxiety, and postpartum issues. We primarily use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), which is a short-term, goal-directed treatment that is effective for a variety of psychological problems. Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness based treatments are also used to maximize your treatment outcomes.
