I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO). I provide psychological assessments and evidence-based therapy for adults with issues such as addiction, trauma-related disorders, depression, anxiety disorders and postpartum diffuclties.
I primarily use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), but I also incorporate Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness based treatments to best address the specific needs of each person I work with.
