I work primarily with adult clients and use evidence-based treatment methods (ex: CBT/ERP) to help clients address a variety of mental health and wellness concerns, such as low mood, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and obsessions and compulsions.I believe that therapy is an individualized process, and as such will tailor therapy to best suit your needs. I consider therapy to be a collaborative process in which you and I will work together to develop strategies to address your current life difficulties.I believe that the journey of self-discovery is a lifelong.

Welcome to the North Shore CBT Centre! We look forward to working with you to reach your wellness goals. We are a group of highly trained Psychologists and Registered Clinical Counsellors providing evidence based treatments for youth and adults experiencing a variety of concerns. We work with clients to improve wellness and build skills for life. We believe that everyone deserves access to mental health supports. Our counsellors offer some reduced cost counselling, and our master & doctoral practicum students offer reduced cost and no cost counselling, to reduce financial barriers.
