I am a Registered Psychologist in private practice. My areas of specialization include anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues, and grief. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (C.B.T.), Mindfulness, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.), and Solution Focused Therapy. I also have extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (E.M.D.R.) and am a registered E.M.D.R. therapist.
