Description

I work with children, teens and their families to help them manage emotions; improve self-esteem, self-regulation or social skills; cope with changes or transitions in their lives, such as family separation/divorce; or seek skills to manage relationships, including family conflict and peer issues.
I use evidence-based cognitive-behavioural and brief solution-focused approaches to counselling and encourage perspective-taking and collaborative problem-solving approaches to conflict.
I look forward to supporting your family.
