Development throughout one’s lifetime is a dynamic and complex process that is influenced by many factors. Periods of change are often accompanied by disorganization in thinking, emotions and in our relationships among other areas of our lives. At times our capacity to move through these periods of disorganization is strained and I aim to support you in moving through these periods in life. With over 10 years of experience, I am passionate about working with individuals and parents as they negotiate life transitions and seek wellness.
