As a Registered Psychologist, I feel privileged that everyday I get to support individuals to feel better, happier, and live more functional and fulfilling lives. I believe that the rapport between therapist and client is the most important component for therapeutic change. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with a bit of an eclectic approach, and work with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, chronic pain, chronic illness, grief and loss, emotional eating, panic disorder, and life transitions.
