Rae specializes in individual therapy for adults experiencing a variety of concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma/PTSD) and perinatal counselling (pregnancy, birth, and postpartum). She uses evidence-based approaches and through connecting with her clients, Rae strives to create a warm, non-judgmental space where individuals feel safe to explore those challenging aspects within their life. She works to access a person's inherent strength, and through this process, empower her clients to face their obstacles, gain new perspectives, and harness new skills for positive change.
