Description
I am Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. I am passionate about helping teens (13+ years old) and adults heal from trauma, and learn how to cope with stress, anxiety, ADHD, depression, substance use, eating disorders / disordered eating, and life transitions. Majority of my clients struggle to regulate their emotions, fear the unknown, may use substances to cope, experience avoidance, have negative self-beliefs, or are learning to manage the complexities of ADHD. They often feel overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next.
