Description
I aim to approach therapy in a very down-to-earth, compassionate way. Instead of focusing on achieving “perfect” mental health (which—spoiler alert—doesn’t exist!), my goal is to help you feel confident and competent in navigating life’s stormy seas; this can be the difference between simply surviving and thriving. I have been lucky enough to learn from some incredible mentors and supervisors, though my clients continue to be my greatest teachers; I am endlessly inspired by their capacity for growth.
