With over 10 years of experience in hospitals, community centres, schools, and private practices, Dr. Pound is the clinic director at MindSteps Psychology and an adjunct faculty supervisor at the University of Waterloo. Dr. Pound specializes in treating mental health issues in children, adolescents, and young adults.
