Description
I work with adults and mature minors to increase their agency in managing emotions, thoughts, urges and other bodily sensations. People frequently see me for issues related to identity (e.g., exploration, LGBTQIA+, minority intersectional identities), mood-related disturbances (dep/anx/emotional dysregulation) I utilize EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ExRP), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). I have a particular interest in interpersonal neurobiology (i.e., polyvagal theory).
