Description

I am a registered clinical psychologist providing assessment, consultation, and treatment to children, adolescents, and parents. I have worked in a range of hospital and community mental health settings.
As a scientist-practitioner, my work is guided by evidence-based methods. My therapeutic work integrates cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and play therapy. In providing a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space, I tailor my therapeutic modalities to each individual client.
