Hi, I'm Dr. Karen Zhang a Clinical, Health and Rehabilitation Psychologist at MindFit, a leading psychology clinic (or as we prefer to say, "mental health gym"). My approach is structured (with weekly handouts), evidence-based, and designed to help you develop the skills and strategies to not only cope but thrive! From day one, I will do everything I can to ensure you feel heard, supported and valued!
