About
Would you like to change something about yourself to improve your life? Achieving my Ph.D. in 1980 as a clinical psychologist, I use evidence-based techniques to empower individuals and couples to improve their lives. I help people improve their relationships, emotional and physical health, and performance at work and school by learning how to cope better with stress, parenting, health problems, pain, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, anger, trauma, weight control, and assertiveness. I am sensitive to cross-cultural and sexual orientation issues. My office is wheelchair accessible.

Miller Mistry Psychologists
Summary
When it comes to psychological treatment, each person has different needs. I will formulate treatment plans collaboratively with you. Most of the time people benefit from a combination of strategies drawn from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, relaxation, meditation, and hypnotic approaches rather than from one approach alone. To evaluate my effectiveness, I invite patients to provide regular feedback by completing session outcome forms. I work in collaboration with any other health care professionals who are involved in your care.
