I am an experienced, down-to-earth therapist whose main goal is to help clients have more of the lives they want. I have expertise in anxiety, depression, eating issues, relationships, addiction, work issues, mental health concerns to name a few. But, no matter the issue, I endeavour to help my clients feel, think, and behave in ways that fit better and are ultimately more productive for them. I have a holistic, collaborative, and non-pathologizing approach to therapy and draw from many sources of research, knowledge and wisdom to help my clients achieve the changes and peace they seek.

Summary
My practice is located in the professional building of a strip mall. It is easy access, central to everywhere, discreet, accessible, and warm. There is a inviting and comfortable waiting room. It is not a big practice with many therapists so the space feels intimate, calm, and healing. There is bus service on the street and it is also adjacent to main city arteries.
