Dr. Decter is a registered clinical psychologist who provides services to help adult clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, work-stress and burnout. Dr. Decter's focus with all patients and clients is on providing and co-creating a safe, supportive environment, where clients can heal, cultivate resilience, feel strong, grow, and ultimately flourish in their lives, work and relationships. Dr. Decter provides a broad range of treatments in a range of modalities, including CBT, Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive behavioural therapy.

Summary
I am a registered clinical psychologist with over twenty years experience treating anxiety, depression, burnout, PTSD, adult ADHD using CBT Intensive Dynamic Therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness approaches I have worked at the University of Manitoba providing support for medical students, medical residents and graduate students, as well as teaching and supervising graduate students in clinical psychology. I provide both in-person and telehealth services. My office is is in a central suburb of Winnipeg, River Heights, on a main thoroughfare with extensive free parking on adjacent streets.
