Description
I feel that being playful, creative, and curious is how we are able to build meaningful connection with others. As a psychologist, I believe that it is important for me to use these skills to promote effective therapeutic relationships, which can help to inspire growth and change in others. My approaches to counselling include trauma-informed, evidence-based practices with a foundation in cognitive behavioural therapy along with other sensory-based approaches including art, strengths-based, narrative, and play therapy techniques. I enjoy helping others discover their inner potential!

Martin Psychology
Summary
Martin Psychology is my own private practice where I specialize in counselling supports for children, teens, and adults. I am able to provide play and art therapy in my playroom space and I have a second office for adult counselling and parent consultation. I use a client-centered approach with a foundation in cognitive behavioural therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic practices. Attached to these offices is a private waiting room that is next to a lovely indoor atrium. I am able to provide free parking for clients during their appointments and the office is close to public transit.
