Dr. Heilbron (direct line 365-336-1652) is a registered psychologist with areas of competency in rehabilitation, clinical, and counselling psychology. She is the Chief Psychologist, Rehabilitation and Clinical Services March of Dimes Canada. She conducts psychological, psycho-vocational, medico-legal, and disability determination assessments. She has extensive experience with mental health employment disability, personal mental health problems, and substance use disorders. Dr. Heilbron also provides educational webinars on well-being, mental health and stress.

MODC provides a comprehensive range of specialized assessments and rehabilitation services focused on the unique and complex needs of people with disabilities.

People with disabilities may experience challenges in finding meaningful employment due to various health conditions, physical impairments, functional decline, as well as changes to cognitive and psychological status.

Assessments are conducted to help evaluate clients’ capacity for work, as well as assist with vocational and rehabilitation planning.
