Description
Caelin works as a behaviour specialist with Disability Services. She develops behaviour support plans for individuals with varying developmental disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, etc. Through a blend of front-line experience, education and consultation with the individual’s support, Caelin’s focus is on providing individualized strategies, environmental interventions, and suggestions of staff approaches that aim to work with the individual’s diagnosis to create a safe and meaningful environment.
