Dr. Monique Tremblay (she/her) is a Clinical and Health Psychologist licensed to practice in Ontario, Canada with children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Tremblay works with individuals experiencing a wide range of challenges. Dr. Tremblay takes a client-centred approach to meet individuals and families where they are in their mental health journey. Her aim is to create a warm and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel understood and empowered to discuss their concerns and work towards their goals for therapy.
