Description
Welcome! I became a therapist because I thrive on tuning in and connecting with others. Together, we will create awareness around how your current thinking, past experiences, and behaviour patterns are influencing your current issue. I will help you look at your situation in a new light, and treat yourself with more compassion. I specialize in late diagnosed ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress management, and traditional and non-traditional relationships. I am also trained in Nutritional Psychiatry, which looks at supporting good mental health from the inside, out.

Summary
Hello, and welcome! I became a psychologist because I thrive on tuning in and connecting with others. Together we will explore your reasons for coming to therapy, build on your strengths, and create a path forward. I will help you look at your situation in a new light, connect with what's truly important to you, and treat yourself with more compassion. I specialize in late-diagnosed ADHD, and focus on helping clients face the emotional challenges of a new diagnosis and develop a new understanding of themselves. I also work with adults experiencing symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression.
