Description
Welcome! I became a therapist because I thrive on tuning in and connecting with others. Together, we will create awareness around how current thinking, past experience, and behaviour patterns are intimately linked to influence the presenting issue. I will help you look at your situation in a new light, and treat yourself with more compassion. My interests include anxiety, depression, work stress, improving communication and confidence, setting boundaries, late diagnosed ADHD in women, attachment theory, and individual counselling for traditional and non-traditional relationships.
