Her Jedi-power is quickly getting to the roots of emotional dysregulation by helping people process through formative interpersonal and event-based trauma with efficiency and precision. Dr. Kris's best work is with those with depression and high-achievers (such as CEOs, lawyers, therapists, doctors, & just-plain-awesome moms). She specializes in trauma recovery, doing-too-much-ness, burnout, relationship-based trauma recovery, and healing from narcissistic abuse.
