Description

Dr. Belfry is a licensed Clinical Neuropsychologist and Psychologist in Ontario with specializations in working with adults, seniors and couples.  Dr. Belfry has a particular interest in supporting individuals going through the life transitions of adulthood and various health changes associated with difficult medical conditions. She has undergone specialized training in Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focused Therapy(SFT) interventions and uses an integrative and individualized approach to psychotherapy.
