Provider information
Description
I am a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst with over 20 years of experience. I provide in person and virtual services to adolescents (14+) and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, OCD and disordered eating. I have very specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ("ACT," pronounced as a single word), which is a type of CBT that focuses on helping you live a life with meaning, with less time and energy put into trying to get rid of thoughts and feelings. Which, we really have no delete button for, and our efforts generally don't work.
