Description

Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to visit my bio! My approach to therapy is a lot like my approach to life in that I believe every part of us is interconnected, and it is helpful to look at things from a holistic perspective. I practice psychotherapy by looking at the mind-body connection and its impact on our health and wellness, taking time to consider the biological, psychological, and sociological influences in a person’s life and how this contributes to the bigger picture.
