I’m a registered psychologist who’s passionate about helping others through my profession. I predominantly see adults and older adolescents for individual or family therapy. Whether concerns are seemingly large or minor by my clients’ standards, I am happy to help. Some concerns I most commonly work with include, but are not limited to: anxiety, worry, phobias, panic attacks, depression, stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, grief, emotional challenges, decision-making, addiction, family challenges, coping and adjustment.
