Welcome! I'm Vanessa (she/they). I am a Registered Psychologist and Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator located in Calgary. I absolutely love providing therapy for folks who may be faced with challenges such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addiction, PTSD, and complex trauma. I regularly engage in my own therapeutic work as I believe we are never done learning, growing, and healing. I bring warmth and humour to the table, as well as an ongoing commitment to inclusivity and social justice. I offer in-person and virtual sessions.
