I am a Registered Psychologist in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists. I have a master's degree in Counselling Psychology and a bachelor's degree in Arts with a specialization in psychology. I specialize in mental health disorders, such as Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), complex PTSD, developmental trauma, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders. I am an approved NIHB mental health provider and work with individuals 14 years and older. I utilize somatic based techniques as well as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion.

I work with individuals 14 years and older. I am EMDRIA certified in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and have advanced trainings in working with dissociation.
