Deena is a Registered Provisional Psychologist and co-owner of Keys to Hope. 

Deena specializes in work with trauma: adult and unresolved childhood trauma, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR; Level 3), pain, anxiety, depression, suicidal/self-harming ideation, self-esteem, and much more.

This includes support for trauma, grief and loss, depression and anxiety, and conflict resolution,  communication, parent coaching, emotional regulation, intimacy and attachment, anger management and more.

We offer In person, video, or phone sessions.

Keys to Hope also offers reduced counselling rates with practicum students when available. Call or email for current students and rates.
