Description
I offer individual sessions for adults wishing to address a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder and psychosis. I can also assist in navigating difficulties associated with relationships, career changes, grief and/or loss, and other common yet difficult life experiences. I work largely from a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) framework; however I also incorporate other therapeutic approaches into my work including motivational interviewing, mindfulness, DBT and ACT. All sessions are virtual at this time.
