Description
I am a registered psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. I obtained my undergraduate degrees, with Honours distinction in Social Work and Psychology in Cape Town South Africa. I am registered as a clinical psychologist in South Africa. I have extensive experience working with individuals and/or couples who are diagnosed with depression, anxiety, trauma or a neuro-diversity. I provide psychological assessments for children/youth and adults. I am trained in a variety of treatment modalities such as CBT, EMDR, EFT while remaining person centered and culturally sensitive.

I am a registered psychologist who works alongside a team of very experienced and skilled psychotherapists. We each bring our unique competencies and personalities to the therapeutic relationship. If you are unsure if counseling/therapy is for you, you can request a specific psychotherapist or myself to call you for an approximate 10 minute consultation at no cost to you. We offer virtual counselling/therapy across Ontario. We offer in person counselling/therapy at our Aurora office.
