Description
I take a whole person approach to the work I do. As such, I have been drawn to a variety of different types of training and specialization including Attachment, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion Focused Therapy, Integrated Body Psychotherapy (IBP), Natural Processing (NP) and Narrative Therapy. I work with individuals adults, teens and couples.
