Clinical experience and keen interest in chronic pain, trauma (incl. MVC), anxiety (incl. phobia/panic), and mood disorders (incl. depression, bipolar disorder I and II, cyclothymia, and any emotional imbalance).  

I utilize only evidence based practice tailored to the client, all of which fall under cognitive behavioral and biofeedback.

Summary

Has life stress become too much? Do you feel like you are just surviving each day?  You are not alone.  Anxiety and mood issues can manifest in many forms, including low energy, irritability, anger, and more.  Identifying and coping with the core issues can lead to better every day functioning and even gaining enjoyment out of life.

I am currently offering virtual and phone appointments only both which I have found clients have come to prefer over in-person visits, due in part to convenience but also being in the safety and comfort of your own home.
