Description
The impact of adverse childhood experiences often colours our choices, responses and reactions to the challenges of everyday life. These childhood experiences often manifest themselves in how we experience ourselves, as well as in our relationships with our spouses, partners, family, friends and co-workers. I have over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples and families struggling with trauma, relationship challenges, substance abuse, and domestic violence.
