If you're feeling stuck, I'd like to help. I’ve worked successfully with older adolescents, adults, and couples struggling with many issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.

I am genuine, down-to-earth, and understanding which helps me create a safe environment to explore what you're thinking and feeling.  Once we have a clearer sense of what the issues are, we can work towards feeling better. It can be hard to ask for help, so I appreciate the courage it takes to know when to reach out.
