Description
I am a registered provisional psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. I provide compassionate care for individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationships. Using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches like emotion focused, cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy, I create a supportive space for youth and adults to explore their experiences, build resilience, and foster meaningful growth in their lives.
