Description
Janet worked for years with the Calgary Board of Education as the Psychologist for the Education Assistance Service for the Gifted, and she continues to work with gifted children and their teachers and parents, as well as diagnosing and assisting gifted adults. She also enjoys working with both adults and children with ADD and ADHD traits and issues. "My goal is to assist my clients in defining and reaching their personal emotional goals, discovering and utilizing whatever is most meaningful for them along the way."

During these challenging and difficult times, we offer psychotherapy sessions to individuals in a variety of ways: by telephone, online, and also (when possible and appropriate), outdoor walking appointments. Our goal is to assist our clients to improve their emotional well-being and to achieve their personal goals by providing an inclusive, holistic environment through a variety of treatment modalities, including different types of psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and biofeedback therapy.
