Description
*Currently Not Accepting New Clients I rely on the latest mental health science to better understand the different ways that our experiences interact with our genes, influencing our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. I believe many of us struggle with our mental health because, due to a variety of reasons and experiences, we have lost sight of our core values in life, and we have come to behave in ways that are no longer in line with those values. Together, we will address your specific struggles and set therapy goals that are in line with your core values.
