I aim to provide an environment that offers safety, encouragement, and hope and facilitates opportunities for insight, healing, growth, and change. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy with an emphasis on emotionally focused therapy, cognitive-behavioural, and family systems methodologies to meet the unique needs of my clients. I love working with teens and parents to help facilitate better communication. I also enjoy working with couples.
