Provider information
Description
I tailor my therapeutic approach to the needs of my clients through ongoing collaboration. My approach is informed and influenced by somatic therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavioural therapy, and dialectical behavioural therapy among others, and I am regularly learning new elements to benefit my clients. I’ve worked as a Social Worker for nearly a decade, supporting children and families from a diverse array of backgrounds, in various capacities, most recently supporting military families.
