Description
I believe that life happens fast, and that every person carries their own personal experiences. I understand that reaching out for support can feel extremely vulnerable, and that it takes a lot of courage. In my experience, there can be a lot of shame and stigma surrounding asking other people for help when things aren’t going well. I also believe that everyone has strengths, and the ability to create meaningful change in their own lives. I see my role, as a therapist, as someone who can help people see this in themselves and support them in finding ways to make these positive changes happen.
