I believe that every person deserves to, and can, live a happy, fulfilling, and healthy life. The struggles and challenges we sometimes face do not need to be tackled alone. Sometimes we get “stuck” in life and do not have the tools to move forward. My goal as a therapist is to help clients explore their struggles and challenges, provide support during the healing process, and offer guidance as they disentangle from their past and begin to live freely in the present. I offer an accepting and safe space to explore, heal, grow and evolve.

Our offices are warm and welcoming with soft cool tones. Our reception area features a small indoor natural area with a relaxing water feature that allows you to pause and catch your breath before your session. Most of the offices have large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. In all offices, we’ve been careful to utilize décor that is calming, thought-provoking and beautiful. It’s important to us that our clients feel at ease in sessions.
