I believe that people may experience hardship at different periods in their lives and may find that seeking therapeutic support is beneficial and productive towards better health.  I am warm, non-judgmental, and firmly believe that individuals have what it takes to overcome life's challenges; that is, they have inner strengths that will help them heal.

I am a passionate and caring psychologists that thrives to improve the lives and well-being of the patients I serve.  I specialize in trauma, couples counselling, health psychology, addiction, as well as pediatric mental health.  In addition to these special interest and specialized areas, I work with individuals on a wide range of general counselling issues.

I have worked in inpatient, outpatient, private clinics, schools, and not for profit organizations.  I use a multi-modality approach to better service all my patients to better health and well-being.
