Shaheena is a Registered Psychologist with extensive training and education in mental health. With over 8 years of experience, her focus is on children, youth, and their families to support them to overcome a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD and other behavioural or social challenges. In her work, she creates a non-judgmental and empathetic environment that offers flexibility and security for children and youth to thrive in and succeed. In addition to Counselling and Psychotherapy, Shaheena also conducts Psychoeducational Assessments.
