Hello! My name is Lauren Chan and am a Registered Psychologist in Alberta and a native Calgarian. I am passionate about guiding you towards lasting positive changes in your daily life by utilizing effective treatment models. I am experienced working with individuals, couples, and families, as well as children and adolescents. I operate from a Client-Centred/Rogerian approach, in that the primary framework will depend on the specific and individual needs of the client, but primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) approaches.
