Description
I am a R.Psych in St. Albert. Passionate about helping people heal from trauma and heal in relationships. I work mostly with men between 18-55 dealing with anxiety, trauma, anger, emotional regulation and PTSD. Also have Gottman training for Couples therapy and EMDR to help with trauma and bring people into more relief and to feel like they can function better. Life shouldnt be so hard. Life threw me lemons with a critical illness early in life so I like to help people overcome. I am authentic and genuine in my approach and have a great sense of humor. I provide a free consult.
