Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship struggles, people-pleasing, boundary challenges, or feeling stuck, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I integrate evidence-based therapy with a CBT framework using strength-based strategies to help you build skills to restore balance, learn self compassion, understand and regulate emotions, create mindfulness and promote meaningful change.
