Katharine is a registered provisional psychologist working with individuals and couples. Katharine's clients commonly have multiple areas they desire to explore including childhood trauma, current family and work stress, relationship difficulties, neurodiversity and grief. These concerns require a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach custom designed to your unique goals. Common approaches she uses include internal family systems, cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, somatic-based interventions, an understanding of spirituality (if requested), mindfulness and others.

Summary
Welcome to Healing Paths Psychology. We provide individual and couples counselling for adults that is trauma informed and neurodiversity affirming. We also complete assessment services (PTSD, ADHD, mood, educational etc.) for adolescents and adults. We are located a short walk from the Southland LRT and also have free surface parking for our clients. When you come in please feel free to help yourself to a complimentary coffee, tea or water while you wait in our relaxing lobby. Each of our therapist office spaces are well designed with privacy in mind.
