Do you feel overwhelmed by unbearable emotion and have become afraid to feel? I can help you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and your life. I work with both adults and adolescents with diverse mental health concerns. In my practice, some areas of focus include trauma, attachment trauma, eating disorders, addictions, grief and loss, depression, and anxiety.
